SHIPPING POLICY

The cost of shipping will be calculated according to location delivered to and weight of products. 

Out of stock items: We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 5-7 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel those items in your order at any time prior to shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our soaps in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you.
